Help with TourVision on iOS.

If you're reporting a bug, please include:

• The version (Settings → App Store → TourVision, or the "TourVision 2.x (build N)" string at the bottom of the trip list once we surface it there).
• Your device model and iOS version.
• What you did, what you expected, what happened.

Common questions

The map is black for the first few seconds

The Stadia Maps basemap is downloading its first set of tiles. After the initial fetch, subsequent runs are instant. Make sure you're on a network that's not blocking tile requests.

The "New trip from photos" picker says none of my photos have location data

TourVision only uses photos that have location embedded. On iPhone, that's controlled by Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → Camera. If location was off when the photos were taken, there's nothing to map.

Export saves to Photos but the video has the chrome visible

That shouldn't happen. The recording flow hides the chrome before capturing. If you see it, please email a screenshot and your version number.

Where is my data?

Trips are stored on your device only. No account, no cloud sync. Deleting the app deletes the trips. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture.
